Verbal Compliment Received – EB’s Mother Today, EB was discharged and returned home. Her mother came to collect her and took the opportunity to express her heartfelt appreciation to the staff and management at Hickam Healthcare. She shared how happy and thankful she is for the care and support her daughter received throughout her stay. She commented that EB had settled in very well, became familiar with the staff and other residents, and was comfortable in the environment. EB’s mother expressed her deep gratitude for the dedication and commitment shown by the team in supporting her daughter. She stated that she is very pleased with the quality of care provided and mentioned that she would be happy to bring her daughter back to Hickam Healthcare in the future should she require further support.

Verbal Compliment Received – MB’s Father Today, we received a verbal compliment from MB’s father, who expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation for the care and support provided by the organisation and its dedicated staff team. He shared how pleased he is with the way his son has settled into the unit, noting that MB has become familiar with and comfortable around the staff in a relatively short period. He stated that he is genuinely impressed by the positive progress MB has made, which he had not expected so soon after the move. MB’s father thanked both the staff and management for their teamwork and commitment in understanding and supporting his son so effectively. He highlighted specific improvements, such as noticeable weight loss and the ability for staff to support MB with personal grooming, including hair care, as examples of the positive outcomes he has observed. He concluded by saying that he is pleased with the service and the overall impact it has had on his son’s well-being.
